Matteo
Preda, chef and holder of "La Rosa dei Venti", is son of a
family of cooks; since his childhood he uses to enjoy in the kitchen
between pastes and sauces of his Mom Laura. At the age of 10, he delights
the boy-scouts with his titbits.
As
soon as become an adult, he attends a course of "High Cooking"
held by the important master "Chef
Marco Olivieri" and right after his diploma, has experienced
with trainings in the best hotels and restaurant in Milan and around
the world.
Then
in 2001 the decisive jump: his own restaurant, lo let his mind running
and creating every day new and delicious plates.
